As a responsible corporate citizen, Omniscient has recognized the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a vital part of our continued success. Omniscient’s CSR theory focuses greatly on Individual Development of our team members as opposed to large scale Community Service projects.

Given below are some of the CSR activities conducted by Omniscient

Donation to Schools:

Omniscient regularly provides assistance to the various schools located in the surrounding locality of our factories. Donating Computers, Musical Instruments and meeting other requirements of the schools, are a few of the services rendered by us to help the communities.

Distribution of School Books

As a token of appreciation Omniscient provides school books and equipment annually to Factory Workers’ Children and Staff Members’ Children and their next of kin and Children residing in the vicinity of the factories. This project, no doubt, offers tremendous encouragement to these youngsters who are the future of our country.

Annual Sports Day

The annual Sports Day was held in February 2011 with all companies of Omniscient Group participating. This event encourages bonding and camaraderie while also helping build confidence amongst workers and Staff.

Annual Pilgrimage

All factory workers’ and their families joined in the annual three day pilgrimage in March 2011, which is an event organized by Omniscient for their Workers and their extended Families. This is a much awaited event where a majority looks forward to fulfilling their vows and seeks blessings.
